1. Acceptance & Modifications

7. Termination
We may suspend accounts for:
Chargeback abuse (>3 incidents/month)
Violation of Sec. 4 (Prohibited Conduct)
Inactivity >180 days
8. Governing Law & Disputes
Arbitration: Disputes resolved by AAA in Delaware (no class actions).
Opt-Out: Email arbitration-opt-out@fb.com within 30 days of signup.
Small Claims: Parties may sue in small claims court.
